Jean Marie Tuete, DNP, ACNP, PHNP
Dr. Jean Marie Tuete, DNP, is a highly skilled Psychiatric NP with specialized expertise in Adult-Gerontology and years of critical care experience in the ICU. Dr. Tuete is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care as well as family medicine services at St. Albert. With a patient-centered approach, Dr. Tuete offers individualized treatment plans to manage a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Additionally, Dr. Tuete’s extensive experience in adult-gerontology ensures holistic care for older adults, focusing on their unique mental and physical health needs. Passionate about fostering strong patient-provider relationships, Dr. Tuete is committed to empowering individuals and families on their journey to better health and well-being. Dr. Tuete stays actively engaged with advancements in both mental and physical health to provide the highest level of care.
Dr. Getrude T. Nguatem, DNP, FNP
Dr. Getrude T. Nguatem, DNP, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on providing comprehensive primary care services. She has experience in managing a variety of health conditions, including Alzheimer’s dementia and arthritis.  At Saint Albert Family Clinic in Smyrna, Delaware, Dr. Nguatem is committed to providing personalized patient care. The clinic offers a range of services, including primary care and mental health support, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate healthcare.  Dr. Nguatem is passionate about empowering her patients through education and preventive care, helping them achieve optimal health and well-being
Priya Dubey, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-C
Priya Dubey is a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Priya Dubey’s background is in Community Mental Health, with expertise in disorders like anxiety, OCD, depression, panic, and bipolar disorder. She offers diagnosis and treatment for various mental health needs, including PTSD, addiction, ADHD, and mood disorders, serving both adults and teens. Priya is committed to being respectful and inclusive of LGBTQIA+ identities.
Priya Dubey has over a decade of healthcare experience, offering customized mental health care through virtual medication management, brief psychotherapy, and personalized life coaching via telehealth. Her goal is for patients to gain insight into their diagnosis, feel actively involved in their care, and leave empowered and hopeful. As a member of professional organizations like AANP and APNA, she is committed to continuous learning and professional development. Her bilingual skills in English and Hindi help her connect with a diverse patient base, enhancing communication and trust.
Outside of work, she volunteers at local community organizations and have served on the Board of Directors for MOT Charter School, reflecting her dedication to giving back to the community. She looks forward to providing her clients with compassionate, professional, and attentive healthcare.
